A Trusted Leader in Pediatric Health and Emergency Preparedness
Meet Our Co-Founder
Tina Pascoe, RN, MHA, JD has served as a nurse for nearly 43 years, including 13 years in acute care hospitals with specialties in critical care, pediatrics, and internal medicine. Her work with the Connecticut Department of Public Health included leadership roles in licensing, children with special healthcare needs (Title V), medical home projects, and school-based health initiatives.
As co-founder of Nurses For Day Care, LLC, and an independent Pediatric Health Consultant, Tina has supported Head Start programs, licensed daycare centers, and school-based programs across Connecticut. She serves as the Pediatric Health Consultant and curriculum specialist for Yale University’s early childcare programs and has played a vital role in national efforts such as the COVID-19 Project 26 and webinars on reopening childcare during the pandemic.
Tina has co-authored a national study on health consultation in early education and also co-authored a First Aid Manual for Child Care Centers to support providers in delivering safe and effective care.
